How much do the photos cost? Do you provide delivery services?
This FAQ may just provide the answers you seek.
4R (4” x 6”) - S$8 per piece
5R (5” x 7”) - S$12 per piece
8R (8” x 10”) - S$20 per piece
You can either opt for self-collection or postage service. If you opt for self-collection, we will contact you when the photos are ready for collection. For postage service, it will be via SingPost Registered Mail.
The shipping rate is at S$4 per order. All photo orders are shipped via SingPost Registered Mail.
Usually, the photos will be processed and ready within one week. It will take a few days for the post office to process your postage and deliver it to you. However, during festive seasons, please allow longer processing time.
Currently, we only provide shipping within mainland Singapore. We do not ship overseas. If you are residing overseas and wish to purchase the photos, you can get a representative to collect the photos on your behalf when the photos are ready.
All photo orders will be processed within 3 working days. Once the photo order has been processed, we are unable to cater to any cancellation or change in order.
You will receive an email notification / phone call once your photo order is ready for collection. Once received, you can drop by our Studio to pick up your photo order.
You will have to pick up your photo order at our Studio. We are located at 1365 Serangoon Road Singapore 328244. Our operating hours are from Tuesdays to Sundays, 10am to 8pm.
You can present a printed / digital copy of the order confirmation email.
You will be receive updates on the status of the photos via emails. If you have opted for delivery service, the tracking number will be updated in the confirmation email.
We regret that we do not provide digital copies of the photos.
